The National Testing Agency (NTA) organizes NEET UG, a national-level exam. The NTA is expected to announce the NEET UG Result 2025 on 14 June 2025. Candidates can check their results online on the official website, neet.nta.nc.in. Many government and private colleges in India offer various undergraduate courses. Candidates who pass the exam will get admission to MBBS, BAMS, BDS, Nursing, BUMS and BSMS courses.

Merit List

Merit list will be released along with the results by the National Testing Agency (NTA) on the official website. Merit list will be announced for those candidates who select the NEET UG 15% All India Quota. On the basis of merit list counselling will be conducted. And the candidates will get admission to colleges or universities. The NEET Merit List includes details like candidate’s merit rank, marks, roll number and percentile. The merit list will be category-wise and will play a crucial role in the admission process. It gives an indication of how probable a candidate is to secure a seat in his preferred medical college.

Answer Key

The answer key will be available on the official website within a few days after the exam. Many other websites released the tentative answer key just after a few hours of exam. With the help of answers key candidates can evaluate their marks in NEET UG 2025 exam. The answer key holds the answers of all questions asked in NEET UG exam. 

Firstly the provisional answer key will be released. If a candidate believes any answer is incorrect, they can challenge the authority by paying the fees of Rs. 200/- online till a particular date. And if the authority accepts the challenge the fees will be refunded. After that the final answer key will be released after doing the changes if required.

Candidates who aspire to become doctors do this course. After giving this exam you get admission for MBBS and BDS in various universities across india. Candidates can opt this course after completing their 10+2 with 50% aggregate marks in physics, chemistry and biology from a recognized board.

AYUSH courses

Candidates can get admission to all AYUSH courses after giving the NEET UG exam which includes Ayurveda (BAMS), Yoga and Naturopathy (BNYS), Unani (BUMS), Siddha (BSMS), Homeopathy (BHMS). 

B.V.Sc. and AH course

A course for those candidates who are  interested in animal healthcare, allowing students to become veterinarians.

  1. Check NEET UG 2025 Results
    Firstly, candidates need to check the result and download the scorecard from the official website. In the scorecard their rank, score and percentile is mentioned.
  2. Download the NEET UG Merit List
    The merit list will be announced after the result. Merit list is announced for those candidates who select the NEET UG 15% All India Quota.
  3. Participate in Counseling
    On the basis of merit list counselling will be conducted. Counseling will be conducted by the Directorate General of Health Services (DGHS) for All India Quota (AIQ) seats and each state will conduct its own counselling for state quota seats.  
  4. Document Verification
    During Counselling the candidate will have to submit all the required documents such as NEET UG 2025 scorecard, rank letter, identity proof, category certificate if applicable and other relevant educational documents for verification. 
  5. Seat Allotment and Admission
