Eligibility Criteria

Documents Required

Below is the list of documents with their size, you need to upload in the application form.

  1. Scanned Photograph: Both passport size and postcard size photographs with name and date mentioned below of it. The photograph must have been taken within the last 3 months. Size: 10 KB to 200 KB – passport size (JPG/JPEG) & 4X6, 10 KB to 200 KB – postcard size (JPG/JPEG)
  2. Scanned Signature: Signature of candidate on a blank paper with black ink. Size: 4 KB to 30 KB (JPG/JPEG) 
  3. Fingers and thumb impression: Left and right fingers and thumb impression with blue ink on a blank white paper. Size: 10 KB to 200 KB (JPG/JPEG) 
  4. Class 10th Result: Class 10th result to be uploaded. Size: 50 KB to 300 KB (PDF)
  5. Present and Permanent Address Proof: Documents proving your present and permanent address. Size: 50 KB to 300 KB (PDF)
  6. Category Certificate or PwD Certificate: Candidates who belong to reserved category SC/ST/OBC/EWS have to submit the category certificate. And the candidates with disability have to submit the PwD certificate to confirm their disability. Size: 50 KB to 300 KB (PDF)

  2. Click on ‘Fill Registration Form’

Note: Ensure all details are accurate, as no changes can be made after submitting the NEET 2025 application form. To confirm your submission, click on ‘Yes, please do’ in the pop-up.

Step 3: Uploading Required Documents

  • Click on ‘Upload your recent documents’
  • Select the files you want to upload
  • Click on ‘Next’

Step 4: Application Fees Payment

After completing all the steps mentioned above, you need to pay the application fees by selecting the desired mode of payment (SBI/Syndicate/HDFC/ICICI/Paytm Payment Gateway through Debit Card/Credit Card/Net banking/UPI).   

Step 5: Print the confirmation page

A confirmation page will appear after the fee payment is successfully submitted. You need to take a print out of it as a proof of application fees payment for future reference.

Correction Window

NTA opens a correction window for a limited time, after candidates submit their application form. Candidates who want to make any change in their application form can do it in this period of time. After that no changes are allowed.

  • Visit the official website neet.nta.nic.in
  • Use NEET UG 2025 registration credentials to login
  • Click on ‘Correction in Application Form’
  • Make the necessary changes if allowed in the editable fields based on your Aadhaar verification status.
  • Click on ‘Save’
  • Download the updated Confirmation Form
